Responsibilities
- Design and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment pipelines for enterprise software, with emphasis on .NET applications.
- Automate the deployment, scaling, and management of CI/CD infrastructure.
- Define and lead CI/CD best practices across the full software development lifecycle.
- Integrate Azure DevOps with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
- Use APIs to integrate CI, testing, and deployment systems across the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical direction, mentor team members, lead cross-team work groups, and support internal customers in the CI/CD lifecycle.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and technologies in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of IT experience combining software development and release or build engineering in large enterprises.
- At least 2 years of DevOps engineering experience involving the design, development, implementation, and definition of CI/CD best practices.
- Experience integrating stages into a continuous delivery pipeline.
- Experience with continuous integration using the Azure DevOps tool chain.
- Experience integrating Azure DevOps tools with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
- Experience using APIs to integrate CI, testing, and deployment systems.
- Understanding of modern IT infrastructure components and their integrations.
