Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang and Python.
- Build scalable, resilient, and highly available microservices and distributed systems.
- Develop RESTful and event-driven services supporting millions of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Design solutions using cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design reviews.
- Improve observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance analysis.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong Golang and Python development experience.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architectures, API design, asynchronous messaging, containers, public cloud platforms, Git, databases, and modern development practices.
- Preferred experience includes SaaS or cloud security products, Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, Terraform, Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, high-throughput services, AI/ML platforms, LLM integrations, or data processing pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
