Responsibilities
- Perform manual functional, regression, and smoke testing and document test results and coverage metrics.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks.
- Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects and provide clear reports to development teams.
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and embed quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Professional experience in software quality assurance for enterprise-level applications.
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Expertise in API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Experience testing responsive and native mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions; SQL database querying; Digital Commerce or Content Management experience; and experience with SAP Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, commercetools, BigCommerce, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or Builder.io.
