Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Automate.
- Configure CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles, and implement scalable applications, enhancements, and add-on modules.
- Design and support integrations and data migration activities using Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, and quality validation for CRM customizations and integrations.
- Participate in requirements analysis, fit/gap workshops, technical reviews, effort estimation, development planning, code reviews, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot application issues, provide customer support and training, resolve incidents, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, environment management, continuous improvement, and evaluation of emerging Microsoft and Power Platform technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in the Microsoft stack, including at least 2+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse and Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules, CRM customization and configuration, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL Server, CRM data management, APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, user management, compliance standards, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, debugging, automated test scripts, and environment management.
- Participation in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations covering design, development, customization, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, fit/gap workshops, peer reviews, global rollouts, and multi-entity implementations.
- Preferred certifications include PL-400, MB-210, MB-230, and MB-910.
