Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow AI projects and workstreams across design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and closure.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 5–10 or more consultants, developers, testers, and offshore resources.
- Design and deliver AI-native solutions using ServiceNow, NOW Assist, Moveworks, and AI Control Tower capabilities.
- Configure ServiceNow AI Search, customize search relevance, and integrate search with knowledge management systems.
- Deploy and manage Moveworks plugins and connectors, including AI-powered workflows and automated ticket resolution.
- Craft prompts for large language models and integrate multiple LLMs within ServiceNow workflows.
- Implement RAG techniques and apply MCP and A2A protocols to support secure system integrations.
- Lead client process and design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops, and build client relationships.
- Manage project planning, status reporting, budgets, risks, issues, quality, and delivery artifacts.
- Support pre-sales activities by creating proposals and estimates.
- Travel as needed to meet external client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Typically 2–5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience and at least 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
- 2–5 years of experience selling and/or implementing the Moveworks platform.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions such as NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- Strong executive communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, relationship-building, dependability, organization, business acumen, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel for client needs.
- Preferred ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect certification.
- Preferred at least one ServiceNow Suite Certification: NOW Assist for ITSM, NOW Assist for HRSD, or NOW Assist for CSM.
- Big Four or equivalent consulting experience is preferred.

- Base salary range is $142,600–$261,500 across U.S. geographic locations and $171,200–$297,200 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.
