Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow AI engagements and workstreams across solution design, configuration or development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 5–10 or more consultants, developers, testers, and offshore resources.
- Advise clients on NOW Assist, Moveworks, AI Control Tower, agentic workflows, AI governance, and AI-driven process transformation.
- Configure ServiceNow AI Search, customize search relevance, and integrate search with knowledge management systems.
- Deploy and manage Moveworks plugins and connectors, including designing, training, and optimizing AI-powered workflows.
- Configure and integrate Moveworks for automated ticket resolution using conversational AI and workflow automation.
- Craft prompts for large language models and optimize AI responses for business contexts.
- Integrate and orchestrate multiple large language models within ServiceNow workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques and apply MCP and A2A protocols to system integrations.
- Lead client design sessions and requirements workshops, and support planning, status reporting, budgeting, risk tracking, proposals, estimates, and project artifacts.
- Build client relationships, support pre-sales efforts, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Typically 2–5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience and at least 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
- 2–5 years of experience selling and/or implementing the Moveworks platform.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions such as NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others, with strong executive communication, problem-solving, teamwork, relationship-building, adaptability, dependability, and organization skills.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Search, Moveworks plugins and connectors, conversational AI, workflow automation, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG, MCP, and A2A protocols.
- Experience leading client process and design sessions and facilitating requirements workshops.
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect certification, at least one NOW Assist Suite Certification, and Big Four or equivalent consulting experience.
Benefits
- Base salary is $142,600–$261,500 across U.S. geographic locations, or $171,200–$297,200 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.
