Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build APIs, services, integrations, and application components connecting CRM platforms with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Develop data pipelines, ETL processes, data transformation logic, analytics solutions, and reusable technology and data assets.
- Support AI-enabled capabilities including intelligent search, document processing, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval.
- Collaborate with developers, business systems analysts, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support CI/CD, automated deployment, monitoring, testing, and operational support; investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Contribute to CRM analytics, client intelligence, reporting, and AI enablement initiatives across Research and Capital Markets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, and SQL, including APIs, integrations, application components, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation.
- Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, data quality principles, source control, testing, monitoring, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Prism, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms; AI and generative AI technologies; LLMs; document automation; intelligent search; workflow automation; unstructured data; knowledge management; document processing; React; API or full-stack development; and capital markets, research, banking, sales and trading, CRM, client intelligence, revenue management, or market data domains.
