Base Salary
$175k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain CMDB integrations and ServiceNow discovery schedules in coordination with service providers.
- Populate Zero Trust Architecture-relevant attributes on configuration items.
- Work with CMDB stakeholders to ensure configuration item data integrity.
- Create and schedule discovery jobs and update integrations to accommodate data source changes.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, user interfaces, workflows, integrations, and discovery capabilities.
- Support Zero Trust Architecture tasks by providing customer management information for basic and intermediate evolutions.
- Participate in an Agile team and use JIRA to demonstrate completed sprint work.
Requirements
- At least 11 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow development platform, including CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Integration Hub, and custom development.
- Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications and support rollout of new applications and modules.
- Ability to configure application user interfaces and workflows, including integration and discovery supporting Zero Trust Architecture efforts.
- Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP web services and JDBC/SQL.
- Understanding of JSON and XML data formats.
- Understanding of basic Zero Trust Architecture principles.
- Experience working as part of an Agile team using JIRA.
- ServiceNow accreditations are preferred.
- TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
