Base Salary
$80k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation projects from start to finish for global healthcare and life sciences clients
- Analyze client data needs and design Veeva Network MDM solutions
- Configure data for healthcare professionals, organizations, and products to create a single source of truth
- Integrate Veeva Network MDM with Vault CRM and other systems
- Configure portals, dashboards, and widgets for business users
- Lead client workshops and present technical designs to stakeholders
- Manage project schedules, risks, and delivery tasks
- Coach junior consultants and create reusable implementation templates and guides
Requirements
- 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer-facing technology implementations
- 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a comparable master data management system such as Reltio or Informatica
- Solid understanding of SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers
- Experience managing structured project timelines and project tasks
- Excellent presentation and writing skills, with the ability to lead meetings and manage client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 20-30% for client meetings
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is preferred
- Experience with Vault CRM, Salesforce.com, Informatica, or MuleSoft is preferred
