Responsibilities
- Develop tailored ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with process owners and product owners.
- Keep implementations close to ServiceNow standards to reduce technical debt and leverage future platform enhancements.
- Advise and support internal ZEISS departments with functional and technical expertise.
- Collect, analyze, and structure requirements for solution development.
- Ensure solution designs comply with relevant specifications, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow product teams and contribute to the DevOps team.
- Use and evaluate AI technologies to improve solution design, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency and quality.
- Support adoption of new AI technologies across the product team and broader ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Completed a degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect focused on HR Service Delivery.
- In-depth ServiceNow architecture expertise and experience leading implementation projects.
- Extensive experience integrating third-party systems using common integration technologies.
- Ideally, experience with ServiceNow or full-stack development.
- ITIL Foundation certification and project management knowledge are advantageous.
- Experience working in agile and hybrid environments with strong team orientation and goal focus.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including NowAssist.
