Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and implement techniques for Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Conduct proof-of-concept work and prototype innovative AI ideas.
- Design and develop AI platform capabilities spanning AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and agent frameworks.
- Apply architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and maintain high-quality, resilient AI services in production.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, stakeholders, and customers to deliver production-ready AI systems.
- Support AI-enabled use cases including speech transcription, translation, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, and related libraries.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, open-source models, agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG, or fine-tuning.
- Expertise in one or more of Natural Language Processing, multimodal representation learning, Generative AI, or Large Language Models.
- Working experience with RAG and agent frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, and LangChain/LangGraph.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL, pandas, and NumPy.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI controls, data governance, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale, mission-critical platforms from concept through production.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, initiative, adaptability, and independent-working skills.
