Base Salary

$160k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Partner with clients, sales, and delivery teams to develop technical proposals, presentations, and solution options.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders and explain technical concepts and design implications.
Lead medium-scale requirements elicitation, solution design, and scoping discussions.
Architect and establish standards for low- to medium-complexity solutions across technologies, platforms, and integrations.
Decompose requirements and user stories into tasks, estimate effort, delegate technical work, and monitor delivery.
Lead medium-scale consulting projects involving onshore and offshore resources.
Identify problems, evaluate proposed solutions, take ownership of resolution, and help remove project impediments.
Determine whether complex routines should use no-code solutions or software development efforts.

At least 5 years of experience leading consulting projects.
At least 3 years of experience with Agile delivery and the ability to recommend Agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and solutions.
Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.
Experience configuring and customizing Copilot Studio.
Experience implementing at least two of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Contact Center, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
Experience with data migration and integrations to and from D365.
Experience with at least two of C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Microsoft ADO, external-system integrations, SQL queries, HTML/CSS, ETL solutions, SDKs, or third-party tools such as XRMToolbox.
At least two relevant Microsoft certifications.
Ability to architect low- to medium-complexity solutions and lead technical delivery discussions.
