Responsibilities

Translate client business needs into technical solutions and system architectures.
Design scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures using OOS and integrate all required components.
Lead customization and implementation of vertical products for client-specific requirements.
Evaluate and improve front-end and back-end performance across web and mobile platforms.
Document architectures and share knowledge to support scalability and sustainability.
Provide technical input during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for technical decisions.
Gather and document requirements with Business Consultants and Solution Engineers.
Develop solution cost and time estimates with Business Consultants.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Solution Engineers.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or 2–3 years of experience in software architecture or similar roles.
Experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, or Fullstack Developer focused on client-driven solutions.
Strong analytical skills for translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including scalable solution development with React JS and related frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Chakra UI and Axios.
Familiarity with React Query and React Router DOM.
Understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization for mobile and web platforms.
Knowledge of relational databases and experience designing data structures and back-end integrations.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead teams and mentor Solution Engineers on coding, system design, and client-facing solutions.
