Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Deliver enterprise AI initiatives and own the product lifecycle from discovery through deployment.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps for engineering and data science teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead teams or guide team members through complex assignments and contribute to objectives, coaching, and performance development where applicable.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and implement unit testing practices.
- Apply secure coding practices, manage operational risk, and strengthen controls and governance.
- Communicate complex information, influence stakeholders, and support strategic technology decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering products in enterprise agile environments using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, use cases, and business applications.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical roadmaps for engineering and data science teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision clearly.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and their AI/ML service offerings is highly valued.
- Background in product management, business analysis, or technical domain expertise is highly valued.
- Experience leading agile transformation initiatives and coaching teams through organizational change is highly valued.
- Experience navigating regulated environments and managing heightened governance requirements for technology change is highly valued.
- Ability to apply risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills.
