Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI agents using LangChain and related technologies.
- Develop full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express, Angular, and Node.js, with React as an additional technology.
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs for AI-powered platforms and tools.
- Manage large datasets using MongoDB and ChromaDB while working closely with a senior data engineer.
- Collaborate with the team to develop AI-driven solutions and improve the platform.
- Participate in team meetings and occasional startup or industry events in person.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience building and managing AI agents, particularly with LangChain.
- Strong full-stack development experience with the MEAN stack.
- Solid experience designing, developing, and maintaining APIs.
- Familiarity with Angular and ideally some experience with React.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, hands-on problem-solving ability, high agency, and fluent English.
- Candidates should be located in Berlin or within close proximity.
