Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UI and product features in Horizon.
- Set the bar for user interactions and web app experience.
- Bring deep front-end craft and guide AI development tools.
- Collaborate closely with the team on product and UX direction.
- Translate enterprise signals into understandable product experiences.
- Write maintainable, performant full-stack code.
- Develop deep product knowledge of the MCP ecosystem and AI tooling.
- Participate in on-call and incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a front-end focus.
- Proven success in shipping user-facing products in high-ambiguity environments.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern UI libraries.
- Strong product and UX judgment with a focus on user flows and information architecture.
- Comfortable across the full stack with a focus on the product surface.
- Experience or interest in the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tooling.
- Self-directed with strong judgment and clear communication.
- Fluency with AI development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
