Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build greenfield systems and improve existing systems.
- Develop APIs and backend services supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver maintainable business logic and financial products.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English fluency.
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate an ambitious, results-driven approach.
