Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and performant interactive R Shiny applications for clinical trial activities.
- Create applications for statistical review, data exploration, quality control, reporting, dataset comparison, metadata review, TLF review, and clinical data visualization.
- Develop reusable Shiny modules, application frameworks, and programming utilities using R, SAS, and Python.
- Build validated software solutions that support clinical trial design, analysis, regulatory submissions, and statistical reporting.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression testing for applications.
- Provide technical consultation on R programming, R Shiny development, and open-source technologies.
- Support study teams and project deliverables, including ADaM and TLF programming activities.
- Work with Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Data Management, Clinical Operations, and Information Technology teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level expertise in R programming and R Shiny development.
- Experience developing statistical applications, reusable software, automation tools, and data visualization solutions.
- Proficiency with R, R Shiny, SAS, and Python.
- Knowledge of clinical trial programming activities and deliverables such as SDTM, ADaM, and TLFs.
- Experience with application testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Ability to develop software in accordance with GxP, Computer Software Assurance, and company standards.
- Ability to provide technical consultation and collaborate with cross-functional clinical development teams.
