Responsibilities
- Embed with a Product, Tech, and Analytics cohort and build plugins, skills, hooks, and connectors for high-friction workflows.
- Measure adoption and impact while pairing with engineers, product managers, and analysts.
- Generalize cohort-specific solutions into reusable plugins, skill templates, and patterns for the Claude Code Plugin Marketplace.
- Document authoring guides and reduce activation costs for future cohorts.
- Add and harden MCP server integrations through the MCP Gateway and AWS connector layer, including integrations with Glean, Slack, Jira, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Databricks.
- Partner with security and platform owners on authentication, scopes, and observability.
- Contribute to roadmap and quarterly milestones and participate in office hours and brownbags.
- Surface security, BAA, cost, and throttling blockers early.
- Improve adoption health across repositories, mentor engineers on agentic-coding patterns, and participate in on-call rotation for marketplace-published artifacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Production experience with Python, TypeScript/Node, Go, or a similar modern application stack.
- Ability to ship end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases, including from consulting, forward-deployed, solutions, or platform-adjacent backgrounds.
- Hands-on production or near-production experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Cody, Copilot agents, or Aider.
- Strong written communication skills for producing documentation, runbooks, and educational materials.
- Preferred experience authoring or maintaining MCP servers, Claude Code plugins, skills, hooks, or comparable LLM-tooling integrations.
- Preferred background in healthcare technology, HIPAA-regulated environments, or PHI-handling systems.
- Preferred prior FDE, customer-facing engineering, solutions architect, or TPM-with-IC-chops experience.
- Familiarity with Python/FastAPI, Vue/TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, Auth0, Datadog, and Sumo Logic is preferred.
- Experience with API gateways, OAuth/M2M flows, or service meshes is preferred.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure is preferred.
