Responsibilities
- Own and advance CorpFleet’s Windows endpoint platform, including policy, management, reliability, and operational quality.
- Maintain and improve Windows endpoint management workflows, including Intune-related administration and device lifecycle processes.
- Drive security and compliance-related platform work, including application controls and endpoint visibility.
- Partner with various teams on rollout planning and ownership boundaries.
- Improve operational scalability through automation and better platform management practices.
- Lead cross-functional platform initiatives and make tradeoff decisions across various factors.
- Mentor teammates and enhance technical judgment and operational execution.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in systems, platform, endpoint, or corporate engineering roles supporting production enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Intune or comparable Windows device management and policy tooling.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across endpoint configuration and security controls.
- Experience with automation, scripting, and systems integration in production operational environments.
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and lead cross-functional technical efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation.
