Responsibilities
- Develop integrations among enterprise SaaS systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and Jira.
- Translate business requirements into reusable, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
- Collaborate with software development teams to document and deliver solutions on time.
- Ensure robust solutions through MUnit and end-to-end testing.
- Measure and forecast vCore capacity requirements as integration data volumes scale.
- Provide expertise on technical design patterns and business processes.
- Provide technical direction and engineering leadership for a team of engineers.
- Contribute to the design and development of new products and features.
- Ensure engineering standards are followed and maintain product quality.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring and remediating production issues.
Requirements
- MuleSoft Certified Developer and Developer II certification is required.
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect—Level 1 certification is preferred but not required.
- 7–9 years of hands-on experience developing end-to-end API integrations with MuleSoft, including at least two years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of MuleSoft API-led connectivity, integration best practices, and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and finance systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and fluency with SQL.
- Ability and desire to mentor and guide other engineers.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
