Responsibilities
- Build Go services, event-driven workflows, React UIs, and automation layers for the AI-native platform.
- Collaborate with product and design to ship and iterate on high-impact features.
- Own work end to end from architecture through deployment.
- Scale infrastructure including observability, permissions, and developer tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling production systems with Go, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and thoughtful system design skills.
- Hands-on experience with gRPC, event-driven architecture, and clean, versioned APIs.
- Fluency with containers and orchestration tools such as Temporal, Dagster, and ArgoCD.
- Ability to navigate tradeoffs in fast-paced, high-agency environments.
- Curiosity about AI and motivation to build foundational systems in the insurance industry.
