Responsibilities
- Develop traditional machine-learning models, large-language-model solutions, and AI features.
- Design, train, validate, test, optimize, and tune ML models, including unsupervised models for clustering, pattern analysis, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
- Develop data transformations, data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and optimized big-data processing workflows.
- Build AI and data-engineering solutions using Python and associated libraries and frameworks.
- Design scalable solutions for millions of users in collaboration with architecture teams.
- Develop solutions involving vector databases, RAG, recommendation engines, semantic search, and ChatGPT-like interfaces.
- Support conversational AI and multilingual capabilities.
- Estimate cloud compute requirements and optimize cloud costs and application performance.
- Participate in release management, Agile working sessions, compliance processes, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant full-time experience in machine learning and MLOps.
- Hands-on expertise with MLOps methods and platforms such as MLflow.
- Strong data-engineering knowledge with Apache Airflow and PySpark.
- Experience designing, training, validating, and testing ML models.
- Expertise in unsupervised learning, time-series data, anomaly detection, data correlation, model optimization, and inference-quality tuning.
- Expertise in big-data processing, data transformations, optimized pipeline processing, and lakehouse architecture.
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies, SageMaker, and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG, recommendation engines, document-library semantic search, and conversational AI.
- Hands-on Python development using Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Spark.
- Proficiency with containerization, container orchestration, and scaling concepts.
- Experience with AI/ML output visualization, BI reports, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and TypeScript-based languages.
- Expertise with PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, and R.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Hadoop, Spark, Flume, Kafka, Airflow, MLflow, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of stream processing, multiple operating systems, SaaS platforms, microservices architecture, and REST-based solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include IoT and device-communication knowledge and AWS or equivalent cloud and AI/ML certifications.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of Agile development practices are required.
