Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage application features, releases, upgrades, patches, and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain availability, reliability, and stability.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms for application integration and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Experience configuring and customizing SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms for integration and automation.
- Knowledge of application release management, deployment processes, monitoring, and system reliability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
