Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services for client solutions.
- Translate customer needs into business, technology, functional, and application designs.
- Lead discussions on transformation initiatives and customer journeys.
- Design and implement APIs and web services for system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and processes.
- Identify integration risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and support workflow automation in ServiceNow.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow-related integration frameworks and middleware technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs and web services for system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within ServiceNow environments.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
