Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize AI agent workflows for carrier monitoring, performance tracking, exception management, and escalations.
- Create customer-specific workflows and prompts, test prompt variants, document results, and resolve LLM failures through systematic refinement.
- Monitor production agents for drift, degradation, and failure modes while applying lifecycle fixes and enhancements.
- Translate product requirements into structured AI workflow requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, Operations, and vendors through go-live.
- Partner directly with customers to define operational goals, troubleshoot agent behavior, review performance, and drive iterative improvements.
- Improve AI agent build processes, automation coverage, governance, documentation, training, and operational standardization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in transportation operations, logistics technology, carrier management, or network operations; global or multi-region experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow-based technologies in an operational context.
- Experience troubleshooting EDI, APIs, data pipelines, system configuration, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to interpret product requirements and create structured specifications.
- Ability to write, test, and refine prompts using techniques such as step-by-step instructions, few-shot examples, and task decomposition.
- Ability to work in AI tools and platforms without needing to write code and critically evaluate LLM outputs, errors, inconsistencies, and failure modes.
- Understanding of LLM behavior and limitations, including hallucinations, instruction misinterpretation, and inconsistent outputs.
