Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise AWS cloud infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, CI/CD patterns, and cloud capabilities.
- Shape cloud platform vision and strategy and help manage adoption of cloud infrastructure.
- Architect, develop, implement, and operate new and emerging technology platforms.
- Evaluate cloud services and alternative architectures to identify strengths, weaknesses, and appropriate solutions.
- Deploy and manage tools supporting SDLC automation, configuration management, and release management.
- Create automated technical architectures supporting complex delivery across digital and enterprise solutions.
- Consult with stakeholders to define requirements and solutions for business challenges and opportunities.
- Serve as a cloud infrastructure subject matter expert and conduct design reviews.
- Lead and communicate technical standards, governance, and compliance for the cloud ecosystem.
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in system and acceptance testing and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
- Lead development teams using the required technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related position.
- Six years of application software development experience, including code development, unit testing, and code reviews for complex business applications.
- Six years of experience developing cloud microservices and legacy back-end services.
- Six years of experience developing applications and microservices using React, Java, Python, and Node.js.
- Four years of experience building AWS infrastructure-as-a-service environments, including Kubernetes, VPC, Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Four years of experience building applications with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Four years of experience building containerized solutions using Docker and Podman.
- Two years of experience leading development teams using the listed technologies.
