Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and oversee technical implementation and platform adoption for the most complex customer implementations.
- Provide assurance and technical oversight for customers implementing OneTrust SaaS solutions, including underlying hardware and software architectures.
- Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across technical implementation work.
- Serve as a trusted adviser responsible for customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Analyze client processes and organizational structures to design solutions, determine configuration best practices, and recommend business process changes.
- Document processes and workflows for future use and adoption.
- Represent customer issues to Product Management and Software Engineering and help influence the OneTrust roadmap.
- Monitor and analyze customer adoption of solution features and functionality and communicate business needs to leadership.
- Provide strategic and tactical support to Sales, Professional Services, and Business Development.
- Leverage customer relationships for prospect references when needed.
- Contribute to Professional Services organization development through training, subject-matter expertise, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
Requirements
- BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Web Design/Development, Engineering Management, or Information Technology/Systems.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience architecting and rolling out new technology and solution initiatives.
- Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
- Experience with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and proven success working directly with customers.
- Ability to engage across Professional Services and Product Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, prioritization, flexibility, and attention to detail.
