Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and oversee technical implementation for complex customer projects.
- Provide assurance and oversight for SaaS implementations, including hardware and software architectures.
- Analyze client processes to design solutions and recommend best practices.
- Document processes and workflows for future reference.
- Advocate for customers by representing their issues to Product Management.
- Monitor customer adoption of solution features and provide insights to leadership.
- Support Sales, Professional Services, and Business Development with strategic insights.
- Share knowledge and experience to contribute to the growth of the PSO organization.
Requirements
- BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or solution engineering.
- Experience with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and proven success in client interactions.
- Ability to engage across corporate functions effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
