Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in technical design reviews, system reliability improvements, and documentation.
- Design and build platform capabilities for application scaffolding, interactive canvases, and live preview environments using full-stack technologies and Gemini Agents.
- Design human-in-the-loop interfaces and operational panes that provide engineers with transparent control over production-bound agents.
- Build frameworks, APIs, and grounding pipelines integrating core internal systems to improve agent accuracy and context.
- Implement scalable features across frontend user interfaces and backend services using Angular, Gemini, Python, Go, and Kotlin.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, including Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, or C++.
- Experience with system design, system architecture, distributed systems, software engineering, and full-stack development.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI agents or applications powered by large language models.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Experience building and architecting ML systems and infrastructure for model training, evaluation, deployment, or serving.
- Preferred: Experience with generative AI, agentic systems, and LLM-powered developer tools.
- Preferred: Experience with developer tooling, release orchestration, or SRE/production deployment workflows.
