Base Salary

$133k - $236k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build, tune, and refine production AI agents for sales-operations automation.
  • Develop prompts, context strategies, and context-window optimizations to improve agent performance.
  • Research and implement API and MCP integrations.
  • Build orchestrated workflows within and across agents, including real-time and batch processes.
  • Apply last-mile data transformations to connect source data with agents.
  • Document agent logic and workflows, monitor performance, and realign agents as requirements and technologies evolve.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, campaign specialists, product managers, and data and analytics engineers to solve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 7+ years of experience in applied AI engineering or a related role, including at least 2 years in agentic development or comparable context-focused engineering.
  • Expert Python proficiency with modular object-oriented code, strict typing, and rigorous production unit and integration testing.
  • Experience building real-time interactive agents and batch agentic workflows in production.
  • Experience with multiple LLM stacks and frameworks, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and RAG pipelines.
  • Experience with agent orchestration systems such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangChain.
  • Experience with prompt composition strategies such as chain-of-thought and few-shot prompting, plus context-window optimization.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure, REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience implementing and managing vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate for RAG pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Databricks and SQL, including DDL and DML, for scalable data architecture and LLM solution integration.

Benefits

  • U.S. base pay range of $133,100-$236,400 annually, with a California range of $163,200-$236,400.
  • Non-sales roles may receive short-term incentives through Adobe’s Annual Incentive Plan.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives through a new-hire equity award.
