Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in technical design reviews, system reliability improvements, and documentation.
- Design and build platform capabilities for application scaffolding, interactive canvases, and live preview environments using full-stack technologies and Gemini agents.
- Design human-in-the-loop interfaces and operational panes that provide engineers with transparent control over production-bound agents.
- Build frameworks, APIs, grounding pipelines, and integrations with core internal systems to improve agent accuracy and context.
- Implement scalable features across frontend user interfaces and backend services using Angular, Gemini, Python, Go, and Kotlin.
- Provide technical leadership, define architectural direction, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on extensible APIs and integration frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, including examples such as Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, or C++.
- Experience building and deploying generative-AI agents or applications powered by large language models.
- Experience with system design, system architecture, distributed systems, software engineering, and full-stack development.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience building and architecting ML systems and infrastructure for model training, evaluation, deployment, or serving.
- Preferred: experience implementing AI algorithms for computational problems.
Benefits
- US base salary is $174,000–$252,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
