Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with founders and GTM leaders to define the product roadmap.
- Lead design and development of full-stack features for mobile and web applications.
- Balance speed and maintainability to deliver immediate impact and long-term scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
- Collaborate with design talent to implement valuable user experiences.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in startups or scaleups.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful features across the stack.
- Strong technical judgment and experience with agentic coding methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience building React Native mobile apps is preferred.
- Bonus: experience with marketplaces, fintech, or consumer-facing products.
