Base Salary
$110k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to design and develop life sciences applications.
- Build scalable software that can evolve with new features and capabilities.
- Develop full-stack functionality using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive testing coverage.
- Contribute to product troubleshooting and technical support.
- Advise product leadership on technical direction and mentor early-career software engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software product development experience.
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in Java or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience with modern frontend development, preferably React.
- Practical expertise integrating REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong relational database skills with MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Previous enterprise software or high-growth technology company experience is preferred.
- Experience with SaaS product development is preferred.
- Experience with content management products and technologies is preferred.
