Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows using a modular, API-first architecture.
- Build autonomous agents that orchestrate workflows across enterprise systems.
- Architect and integrate a unified data layer for AI agents.
- Develop integrations, APIs, and custom connectors for scalable AI orchestration.
- Implement MCP connectors and model-agnostic orchestration patterns.
- Design deployment pipelines and lifecycle management systems for AI agents.
- Embed security, data privacy, and compliance guardrails into AI implementations.
- Create reusable templates and tooling for a Citizen Developer Program.
- Mentor internal teams through code reviews and technical enablement.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and prototype next-generation capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python and API development (REST, GraphQL).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms like Workato.
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Deep understanding of agentic architectures and prompt engineering.
- Experience designing scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of microservices and integration design patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of data security and compliance considerations.
