Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, optimized, and high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Apply secure coding practices and unit testing to improve software reliability and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and support operational effectiveness.
- Lead teams or collaborative assignments, guide team members, and coach employees where applicable.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, and develop policies and procedures supporting governance.
- Analyze complex information from multiple sources to solve problems and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
