Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer discovery workshops, solution reviews, requirements gathering, and value assessments.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Sphera Control of Work and related Operational Risk Management solutions.
  • Deliver tailored software demonstrations, technical presentations, executive briefings, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Translate customer requirements into practical and scalable solution architectures and communicate technical capabilities and business value.
  • Support Account Executives and sales teams with opportunity strategies, account plans, pipeline growth, cross-sell, and expansion activities.
  • Lead and coordinate RFP, RFI, RFQ, tender, procurement, proposal, and solution-defense activities.
  • Support implementation planning, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, customer training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Work with Product Management on customer feedback, product enhancements, new functionality validation, and solution innovation.
  • Represent Sphera in webinars, customer forums, conferences, trade events, white papers, articles, case studies, and industry publications.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and customer activity information in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Enterprise Software Consulting, Customer Success, or Operational Risk Management solutions.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Demonstrated success developing RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender responses.
  • Experience or expertise with Control of Work, Permit to Work, Isolation Management, SIMOPS, Process Safety Management, Barrier Management, Emergency Response, Risk Assessment, MRO, or Master Data Management.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Industry experience in mining and resources, energy and utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure, or heavy industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, business analysis, solution consulting, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness skills.
