Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications tailored to business processes and application requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions to the immediate team and broader teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain system stability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth.
- Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively to deliver software products.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and software engineering best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
