Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of integrated systems solutions supporting enterprise objectives.
- Develop automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines for software build, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and IT teams to ensure reliable software delivery.
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize integrated systems for availability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions for system issues.
- Provide guidance on DevOps tools and practices and mentor junior team members.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to systems integration and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Five or more years of related experience in systems integration and automation within a DevOps culture.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Expertise with Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting for automation.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their management APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, containerization, and orchestration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Preferred: DevOps or cloud certifications, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Kubernetes Certified Administrator.
- Preferred: Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation and understanding of microservices architecture and API integration.
