Responsibilities
- Own and lead the tools ecosystem for Cloud 2.0 infrastructure transition and steady-state operations.
- Drive end-to-end tool onboarding, transition planning, execution, governance, knowledge transfer, and support enablement.
- Design and continuously enhance automation for provisioning, orchestration, monitoring, remediation, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure tooling supports high availability, resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational excellence.
- Manage asset discovery, inventory accuracy, lifecycle visibility, and contract alignment through tooling.
- Act as the technical tools lead within a POD-based delivery model and collaborate with SRE, Cloud, Automation, Security, Projects, and Command Centre teams.
- Drive continuous improvement through FinOps enablement, cost transparency, experience measurement, and KPI/SLA instrumentation.
- Support infrastructure projects including lifecycle refreshes, migrations, and technology transformations through standardized tooling and automated workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with OpenStack, OpenShift, and VMware cloud platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, SPM, GRC, and Asset Management, as well as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Polycloud, InManta, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, GitLab, ArgoCD, and Jenkins for automation and orchestration.
- Experience with Dynatrace, Prometheus, and LogicMonitor for monitoring and observability.
- Familiarity with ARCON, CyberArk, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Splunk, Rapid7, and Qualys for security and governance.
- Knowledge of SRE, DevSecOps, ITIL, and POD/Squad operating models.
