Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end-to-end.
- Set engineering patterns and standards for future hires.
- Ship production software continuously alongside the founding team.
- Shape the architecture and overall technical direction of the system during the first year.
- Work across agent orchestration, infrastructure, and integration runtimes.
Requirements
- 2 to 9 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a rigorous technical degree program, completed or in progress.
- Experience at a pre-seed through Series A venture-backed startup or as a founder who raised outside funding or grew a team.
- Repeated track record of shipping and owning real production systems end-to-end.
- Proficiency with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS is preferred.
- Ability to use AI coding tools effectively while maintaining production-quality judgment.
- Motivation for a fast-paced, high-intensity, in-person early-stage environment.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate to San Francisco under a concrete, dated plan.
Benefits
- Salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
