Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer deployments from integration through first traces, failure detection, and merged pull requests.
- Embed in customer Slack channels and advise on agent architectures and failure modes.
- Write customer-specific detection logic, evaluations, and observability or monitoring code, then generalize recurring patterns.
- Open and defend pull requests against unfamiliar codebases.
- Represent the company in security reviews, deployment architecture decisions, and customer trust discussions.
- Feed customer learnings back into the product to reduce manual work over time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping production software and demonstrated success working directly with customers in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, consulting, or founding capacity.
- Strong TypeScript proficiency and comfort reading, patching, and opening pull requests in unfamiliar codebases.
- Hands-on experience building and running AI agents in production, including learning from production failures or incidents.
- Experience writing detection logic, evaluations, and observability or monitoring code for production systems.
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar organizations and identify critical issues.
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast execution, security reviews, and deployment architecture discussions.
- Experience with security reviews and deployment architecture is preferred, and prior experience operating production agents is a bonus.
