Base Salary
$146k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into solution recommendations for customers, including technical teams and executives.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to improve technical integration time-to-value.
- Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER’s AI solutions within customer accounts.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, including at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience working with APIs, sophisticated prompts, and linguistic principles for AI applications.
- Track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
- Builder’s mindset and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and generative AI.
- Strong customer collaboration, innovation, ownership, and outcome orientation.
