Base Salary
$155k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, technical requirements, and scalable cross-cloud Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, including opportunities, forecasting, quotas, accounts, territories, and approval processes.
- Configure and administer Salesforce Service Cloud, including case routing, queues, escalations, entitlements, SLAs, and knowledge management.
- Design and manage Experience Cloud portals, including partner registration, user provisioning, licensing, sharing, visibility, content, and access management.
- Manage Flow Automations, approval rules, permission sets, security, sharing models, data quality, reporting, and governance.
- Design data models, integration touchpoints, and cross-cloud data flows with engineering teams.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, documentation, end-user training, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience mapping, documenting, and improving end-to-end business processes, including partner registration, PRM, deal registration, opportunity management, territory management, quotas, and forecasting.
- Experience with Service Cloud configuration, Experience Cloud portals, Salesforce administration, Flow Automations, approval rules, and security and sharing models.
- Ability to design Salesforce solutions and translate complex business requirements into scalable configurations while bridging business and engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of CPQ concepts and experience collaborating with CPQ specialists.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model and integration patterns sufficient to design solutions alongside engineering.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Required Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform App Builder, or CPQ Specialist certifications; PRM experience; Conga or DocuSign exposure; forecasting and pipeline analytics experience; and Copado or Gearset familiarity.
