Responsibilities

Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business goals, identify AI use cases, and define technical requirements.
Design, develop, and deploy predictive AI, generative AI, RAG, chatbot, and agentic AI solutions.
Build and deploy agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and Llama Index.
Develop classic machine learning models for forecasting, churn prediction, fraud detection, and similar use cases.
Serve as a technical expert on DataRobot, AI/ML development, MLOps, model governance, and scaling AI initiatives.
Build robust and scalable production applications, including APIs serving machine learning models and GenAI logic.
Communicate technical concepts and project outcomes to data scientists, technical stakeholders, and C-level executives.

Approximately 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AI application development, software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a similar role.
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy.
Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, vector databases, and agentic AI development and deployment.
Experience building and deploying applications, including APIs with Flask or FastAPI to serve ML models and GenAI logic.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Understanding of secure application development, authentication and authorization, secrets management, and public endpoint security.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Client-facing or consulting experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of MLOps principles and tools for model CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
Familiarity with the DataRobot AI Platform is preferred.

Fully remote position with no regular office attendance requirement.
Travel to client sites required up to 25%–50% of the time.
