Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document software for projects and programs.
  • Drive complex technology initiatives with broad, companywide impact.
  • Develop and influence engineering standards and best practices for complex, large-scale technology solutions.
  • Review and analyze technology solutions against business objectives, enterprise environments, and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex issues.
  • Guide projects, meet deliverables, drive new initiatives, and mentor new associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Five years of experience in the offered role or a related software/application development and engineering role.
  • Five years of experience with the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with at least one of Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata, MongoDB, or DB2.
  • Five years of experience with at least six of the listed technical skill areas, including relevant development languages, databases, web services, deployment tools, operating systems, frameworks, monitoring, APIs/UI, testing, and application security technologies.
