Responsibilities
- Build and own production features across Next.js, React, Rails, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Architect data models, API endpoints, and internal tools for financing workflows.
- Translate complex clinical and financial workflows into simple product experiences with design and implementation teams.
- Implement security, reliability, and compliance patterns for healthcare and financial data.
- Integrate predictive models into treatment and financing workflows in partnership with ML/AI engineers.
- Improve engineering quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and mentorship.
- Help establish Endeavor’s long-term technical architecture as the company scales.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications.
- Expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js, plus backend systems such as Rails or Node.
- Strong SQL fundamentals.
- Ability to translate ambiguous clinical and financial workflows into clear user experiences and well-structured systems.
- Experience owning 0-to-1 features and working with evolving requirements while maintaining stability.
- Understanding of secure data handling, role-based access, audit logging, and healthcare or fintech compliance considerations.
- Experience collaborating with product, design, implementation, and operations teams.
