Responsibilities
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Design, implement, test, and optimize software features with peers.
- Conduct data analysis and perform large-scale changes across the Google codebase.
- Maintain healthy software test coverage and releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, or one year of such experience with an advanced degree.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
