Responsibilities
- Build, deliver, and maintain reliable, scalable, secure, and high-quality infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor infrastructure and system performance, manage incidents, resolve outages and vulnerabilities, and reduce mean time to resolution.
- Develop automation, scripts, and coding-based processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Implement secure configurations and protections for hardware, software, infrastructure, and data.
- Deliver cloud platform technology and process designs for foundational, consolidated, and business data products.
- Train and fine-tune language models and apply quantization, pruning, and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and integrate solutions.
- Manage risk and controls, contribute to policies and procedures, and communicate complex technical information.
- Lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, and either coach employees or provide technical leadership as an individual contributor.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and OpenShift.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with Agent Development Kits or similar agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
- Proven experience training and fine-tuning language models.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure-as-a-service scripting.
- Ability to use AWS service APIs, AWS CLI, and SDKs.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods including LoRA, QLoRA, adapter layers, and prefix tuning.
- Experience with model quantization, pruning, and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems is valued.
- Working knowledge of Bash scripting and Linux OS is valued.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, risk-and-controls, and strategic-thinking skills.
