Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless software integration and delivery.
- Manage version control systems and automate development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with cloud-based development environments and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, provide solutions spanning multiple teams, and lead technical decisions.
