Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards for high-quality software deliverables.
- Evaluate and improve code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with CI/CD, preferably GitLab pipelines.
- Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and container technologies such as Docker or Podman.
- Preferred experience with Ansible, Helm, Azure Kubernetes Service, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Maven or Gradle, Bash, Python, and Linux.
- Familiarity with agent-assisted development and Agile environments.
- Nice-to-have experience with Java, JavaScript, Splunk, BigPanda, SonarQube, and Fortify.
