Responsibilities

  • Define and champion AI-enabled engineering patterns, including agent-based tooling, across platform and product teams.
  • Build reusable components, templates, accelerators, and golden-path reference implementations.
  • Integrate AI into production products and engineering workflows with appropriate controls, explainability, and operational readiness.
  • Improve developer experience through developer tooling, CI/CD optimization, test automation, observability standards, and self-service enablement.
  • Evaluate AI proofs of concept, run measured pilots, and industrialize solutions that demonstrate quality, productivity, reliability, and risk improvements.
  • Lead design reviews and influence architecture decisions across resilience, performance, maintainability, security, cost, and delivery pace.
  • Automate IT controls and embed audit-ready evidence capture, lineage, approval trails, and repeatable control checks.
  • Drive AI-enabled improvements in valuation-control workflows, including IPV, price testing, breaks and exceptions, data validation, anomaly detection, and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Proven senior technical leadership and the ability to influence engineering outcomes across multiple teams without formal management authority.
  • Strong grounding in software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and agent-based tooling to transform software development, testing, release, and operations.
  • A track record of embedding AI into products or engineering workflows with measurable impact.
  • Strong capability to assess AI solutions from proof of concept through pilot and production using measurement frameworks and operational-readiness criteria.
  • Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS and scalable, modular architectures reusable across teams.
  • Experience automating IT-control compliance in products and CI/CD pipelines and operating in audit-ready environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, architecture, operations, Risk, InfoSec, and compliance teams.
  • Preferred experience in Product Control or Finance, including valuation control, IPV, price testing, breaks and exceptions, audit-ready controls, valuation-input data quality, and reconciliation automation.
