Responsibilities
- Implement design elements according to established Oracle SOA standards.
- Analyze business processes and recommend architectures for Oracle SOA implementations.
- Estimate implementation effort and design and prototype interfaces.
- Develop, test, monitor, troubleshoot, and provide production support for Oracle SOA solutions.
- Administer Oracle Fusion Middleware, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Coordinate development and testing efforts across teams and participate in system testing and deployment.
- Automate and optimize SOA application processes.
- Maintain security patches, compliance reports, SSL certificates, user roles, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Tune and monitor application-server performance.
- Train team members on Oracle SOA and Oracle Fusion Middleware best practices.
- Interpret and implement business requirements according to department standards.
- Interact with IT management regarding work assignments and status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Five years of experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a related role.
- Five years of experience designing, developing, and unit testing web-based applications and middleware infrastructure.
- Five years of experience supporting and managing Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c, including BPEL and Mediator, Oracle WebLogic Server, HTTP, SOAP, and REST web services.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware administration, monitoring, security, performance tuning, and complex integration projects.
- Experience creating user roles and implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms within Oracle SOA.
